Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of 3D-printed parts by 3D sur commande (SIRET 883 512 674 00019) to its customers, whether individuals or businesses. Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
1. Products
3D sur commande manufactures 3D-printed parts to order (FDM or resin technology) according to specifications chosen by the customer: uploaded 3D file, material, color, print quality, infill percentage and finish. Each part is therefore custom-made, after the customer approves the quote.
2. Pricing
Prices shown on the site are in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price shown during configuration is indicative and may be adjusted after technical review of the uploaded file, in which case the customer is informed before the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are estimated based on destination and confirmed at payment.
3. Ordering
The customer uploads a 3D file, configures the part (material, color, quality, infill, quantity) and adds it to the cart. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent at that point.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by card via the secure Stripe platform. 3D sur commande never has access to the customer's card details, which are exclusively processed by Stripe.
5. Delivery
Delivery times shown are indicative and start once the file and payment are validated. They include manufacturing and shipping time. 3D sur commande cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply on receipt: these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under French law (article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As the 3D-printed parts on this site are manufactured to order based on the file, material, color and settings chosen by the customer, they are not covered by the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
This exclusion does not apply if a part is defective or does not match the order (see Warranties below).
7. Warranties
All parts sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided under French law.
If a part does not match the order (material, color, dimensions) or has a manufacturing defect, the customer has 14 days after receipt to report it by email to contact@3dsurcommande.com with photos. A reprint or refund will be offered depending on the case.
These warranties do not cover defects resulting from a poorly designed 3D file or use of the part outside its intended purpose.
8. Liability
3D sur commande cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure.
The customer remains solely responsible for the content of the 3D files they submit and warrants having the necessary rights over the printed models.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data required for the order is described in our privacy policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, absent an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
